TECNOCAD PROGETTI is pleased to announce the conclusion of the process for the acquisition of a piece of real estate at a brownfield site of Mirafiori and more specifically the “former Centro Stile” via La Manta n° 22.
The new location that will extend over an area of about 22,000 square meters, and after its reclamation it will count on a covered area with of 10,000 square meters, with more than 4,000 sqm of offices.
On this site our group, in compliance with its ethical principles, will focus the current three locations (two in Turin and the production plant of Beinasco) into a single integrated Hub, without cementing new territory.
This will result in the reference point for all our national and international initiatives, with an operation designed to aggregate and organize resources and engineering skills, which our territory offers in quantity and quality, within a multifunctional structure. Here will find place areas for internal services and customers, R&D platforms, virtual rooms, laboratories, workshops, and prototyping areas and for production.
