This Phase represents the project’s transition from ideation to implementation on the physical product. In this phase, we test solutions through pre-series production to verify their effectiveness and adaptability to the real context up to production launch.

In the Confirmation phase, we validate developed solutions and analyze the product’s behavior in operation, making any necessary modifications to ensure that applied solutions are ready for production and guaranteed throughout the product lifecycle.
We develop and create Beta Prototypes to perform a testing phase where it’s necessary to verify the behavior of component parts in real operating situations before final production. They are made using final project materials but with a production process not representative of the final production process.
Our performance engineers support the testing phase by providing technical information necessary for test execution. They manage prototype supply, assist in test execution, and analyze all results to create test passing reports or, if negative, propose modifications for parts that showed criticality.
We create and organize, at our headquarters, an area called “Pilot Line” where all assembly and solution reliability checks are performed. Through a work method that involves assembling all parts comprising the new product, we anticipate any criticalities that could occur on the line before production launch.
We compare physical test results with virtual ones to ensure simulations were accurate and the product responds consistently. We develop alternative and improved solutions at the virtual level without having to repeat physical testing and/or with a high percentage of criticality resolution reliability.
We verify that colors, materials, and finishes (CMF) obtained on the product with final production processes meet all previously established aesthetic and functional requirements. We solve any problems and fine-tune the solution before production launch.
We provide support to our Clients during homologation with technical documentation necessary for filing requirements of each reference market and ensure technical assistance during homologation body verifications.
In the final phase of our new product production process, we provide full technical support to the production plant in case of mass production. Instead, we implement the structure, organization, logistics, and production process in case of limited series or one/few-off.
We support the production plant in implementing procedures that ensure quality through control plans that include specific operations and methodologies for constant monitoring of established and necessary quality standards.
We support the plant during launch in technical management of suppliers involved in production, ensuring that during ramp-up phase, availability of necessary materials and components is guaranteed, avoiding delays and optimizing flows.
In case of technical criticalities emerging during production launch, our teams analyze the problem and develop appropriate solutions to resolve the anomaly found, paying attention to technical and economic limitations.
During the production launch phase, when requested by the Client, we dedicate a team of specialized engineers at the production plant to monitor activities, support production personnel, and intervene promptly in case of criticalities.
We create special vehicles called One-off (single unit) and Few-off (production of several units). These are productions that require lean processes with a high degree of manual work and use very precious technologies and materials to achieve the highest quality and aesthetic targets. The attention to detail and extreme product customization require production work in close contact with designers and engineers who conceived the product.
We produce limited series up to a maximum of 1000 kits per year. As with Few-off, these are productions that require lean processes with a high degree of manual work and use very precious technologies and materials to achieve the highest quality and aesthetic targets. Production management in this case is fundamental to guarantee desired quality and a production flow adequate to production timing targets.
